Lake & Land Properties started in 2019 in Duluth, Minnesota. After spending 10 years as a project management professional in the energy industry, we decided it was finally time to explore our passion as an entrepreneur in real estate. 

 

Fast forward several years, we have continued to grow our real estate portfolio, focusing on trendy remodels and property transformations. We have built a strong network of contractors, and we continue to self-manage all of our properties.
